a place where grace can share her thoughts and creations with the wider world.
We believe children are insightful, thoughtful and creative, but often lack a safe platform to share their thoughts and creations with extended family, distant friends or the wider world.
As they get older, some children are drawn to social media platforms as a way to share their thoughts and creations. However, the ability to leave unpleasant or hurtful comments on social media opens the door to bullying and negativity.
Likewise, on social media children can become too focused on gaining likes, followers or shares, rather than simply enjoying showcasing their thoughts and creations to a wider audience.
We believe that children aged 10 to 15 need a safe place online to share their thoughts and creations, without comments, likes, followers or shares.
We hope that “GRACE TIME” might inspire other parents to create a website for their children to do so as well.
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the thoughts and creations that Grace has chosen to share with the world.
If you are a friend, relative or teacher in Grace’s life, we hope you find “GRACE TIME” to be a useful way to get to know Grace and to form a deeper understanding of her thoughts and interests.

OUR MISSION
ABOUT GRACE ...
Grace is currently ten years old and she loves animals, space and science.
Grace feels strongly that all living things have thoughts and feelings and every animal deserves the same love and care from us. She treats snails, slugs and spiders no differently from cats or dogs.
At the age of four, despite living in a family of meat-eaters, Grace made her own independent decision to be a vegetarian on moral grounds and has remained so ever since. She is very passionate about this and cannot understand why anyone would ever want to eat meat.
Grace feels very strongly about caring for the environment and saving the planet. She is highly motivated to do whatever she can to help care for the world and is keen to learn more about how she can do so.
Grace is deeply fascinated by astronomy and one of her goals in life is to make a discovery in deep space and to expand our knowledge of black holes.
Grace is a Christian and believes in a living God as her guide and her creator. She also has a deep interest in science and some of her thoughts on how science and God might fit together are very insightful.
Grace is proud to be autistic, and she recognises that often her thoughts, feelings and actions can be a little different to her friends in certain situations. She is blessed with a very understanding and supportive friendship group, but when new people first meet her it can be tricky for them to understand some of her emotions or actions.
Grace hopes that “GRACE TIME” will give new friends or teachers a way to quickly get to know more about her, better understand her and accept her for who she is proud to be.
